The Nokia 3250 is a cellular phone which features a design that transforms a traditional phone keypad into dedicated music keys. It stores up to 1 Gigabyte of music (750 songs) and features a two-megapixel camera and smartphone capabilities. It uses the S60 3rd Edition user interface and the Symbian OS 9.1 operating system.

The triband GSM 900/1800/1900 model started shipping in the first quarter of 2006 with an estimated retail price of 350 EUR before subsidies or taxes.
