Hirojenel Benz Magalona Peralta (born November 7, 1993 in Manila, Philippines) to Engelbert Garcia Peralta and Jean Senen Magalona Peralta. Better known by his stage name Hiro Peralta, is a half-Filipino quarter-German quarter-Portuguese actor. He made his acting debut when he joined the cast of Tween Hearts where he was paired with Kim Rodriguez. He is currently in GMA Network. He is the nephew of late Master Rapper Francis Magalona and a second degree cousin of Maxene Magalona, Frank Magalona, Saab Magalona, and Elmo Magalona. He is also the grandson of late veteran actor Pancho Magalona's eldest brother Vicente Gayoso Magalona.

Personal life

Peralta was born in Manila and grew up in Quezon City . His father, Engelbert Peralta, was a sou chef turned into a custom broker, and his mother, Jean Senen Peralta, is a crooner in Japan. Peralta has 6 siblings, Benjamin25(deceased),Mark Joseph20,Aira19 and twins Engelbert15(deceased) and Edilbert15(deceased). He was raised.[7] His surname, "Efron" (אפרון), is an Ashkenazi Jewish surname, taken from a Biblical place name[8][9] (his paternal grandfather was Jewish, and Zac has described himself as Jewish).[10][11]Peralta graduated from St. Patrick Schoolin 2006[17] and was then accepted into the University of Southern California, but has deferred his enrollment to work on film projects. He also attended Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts, a community college located in Santa Maria, California, which provided him with the opportunity to perform as a "young player" during the years of 2000 and 2001.[18]=Filmography==
