Sorry to bother you, MVBW, it's the IP from 'Russian intervention' - Can I create a named account, for a second time? - I got banned for 'sock puppetry' and for intemperate remarks to others ( others made intemperate remarks to me also, of course) - is one allowed to start over? I would do that and 'never make comments about other contributors' , in print anyhow - but it's probably not allowed. I seem to get reverted immediately as a 'sock', every edit is obliterated , and I am attacked as a'troll' - I never begin by making a personal remark - I respond to the awful censoring and rudeness , never initiate it. Anyhow, whatever, thanks for your considerate and mature response to me. (I may be an anonymous 'IP" but I'm just a person also). 92.3.6.54 (talk) 22:17, 22 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I can easily provide an advice that will work if you follow it, however, I would like to know what was your previous named account. This is not simply a curiosity. User:Sayerslle. I got banned for personal attacks, and sock puppetry. And obviously since being banned , as one sees today, if I find I am able to edit as an IP I do occasionally add bits , to talk pages. Since I got banned I have not added any controversial content of any kind and not edited any actual article page to do with Syria or Ukraine which were the areas I got most trouble from my edit summaries and talk page attitudes. I have never been rude or left a rude edit summary without first having met with rudeness or a reflex reversion. I have unfortunately clashed even just now with Iryna Harpy, so probably my case is hopeless, but even so, I still think a lot of it is just different views of what is 'intolerable',. If I were allowed to edit again , i would 100% undertake genuinely to modify my version of what is 'tolerable' to others more (outwardly, apparently) civil standards.
