Héctor Thomas Martínez (October 10, 1938 in El Callao, Bolívar – December 23, 2008 in Caracas, Distrito Capital) was a track and field athlete from Venezuela, who competed in the decathlon. He represented his country in two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1960. Thomas twice won a medal at the Pan American Games during the 1960s.
