Janet Amponsah (born 12 April 1993) is a Ghanaian athlete specialising in the sprinting events.[1] She represented her country at the 2013 World Championships without qualifying for the semifinals. She won medals in the 4 x 100 metres relay at two African Championships and at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
