ICAC guff

Irregularities were not found in Hartcher's finances. His campaign/office manager (a building contractor) withdrew $5k in cash from one of his own business accounts. There was no evidence that Hartcher received the $5k. It was speculated that the manager had a gambling problem problem, but ICAC did not bother to question him about the fate funds.220.244.73.170 (talk) 05:24, 5 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
