Rowland V. Lee

Rowland V. Lee (b. September 6, 1891 in Findlay, Ohio - d. December 21, 1975 in Palm Desert, California) was an American director, writer, actor and producer. He was also the director of the 1940 black-and-white film The Son of Monte Cristo, starring Louis Hayward, Joan Bennett, George Sanders. He also directed The Tower of London (1939) and The Bridge of San Luis Rey (1944).
