Article meets the size requirements, is newly created and fully cited. Although just two sources are used at the moment, a quick Google search shows plenty of other third party sources that could be used, and I'm sure this will only increase on the run up to the Games. No copy vio issues that I picked up on. @Hawkeye7:, @Tommy.m123: - did you want this saved for the Games? Also, you'd be fine to add the image from the infobox to the nomination if you like.
