Merger proposal

I propose that Metiabruz be merged into Garden Reach . I think that the content in the Metiabruz article can easily be explained in the context of Garden Reach . In fact, amongst the locals the both names are used synonymous for the same neighborhood. However, any conflict of views will be welcomed.
