Valentina Aleksandrovna Petrenko (Template:Lang-ru; born August 23, 1955, Kazakh SSR][1]) is a Soviet and Russian statesman, member of the Council since 2001 by the Government of the Republic of Khakassia. [1] Member of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy. Doctor of Education [1]

Born in Kazakhstan. [2]He is fluent in Polish, English and Spanish. [1] In 1977 he graduated from the Rostov State Pedagogical Institute majoring in teacher of biology and chemistry.

She is married and has one daughter.[2]

She was awarded the Order of Honour. [1]
