No, go back and have another read, Ted Marlow didn't buy Noble Motorsport Ltd. from Lee Noble, he bought the rights and tooling to make the Ultima Mk.3 Racing car. This article is about Ultima Sports Ltd. which Marlow founded to create and sell a road car based on the Ultima design. I think you're confusing the car and the company.
