Martin Bisi is an American producer and songwriter. He is known for recording seminal records by Sonic Youth, John Zorn, and Angels of Light. Martin Bisi has operated out of BC Studio, a warehouse in the Gowanus section of Brooklyn, since the late 1970s where he recorded many of the No Wave and punk bands of the early 1980s including Lydia Lunch and Foetus. In recent years Bisi has recorded up-and-coming bands in the Boston and New York City area including The Dresden Dolls and Barbez.
