Hi, you just tagged this for speedy deletion "because: Not encyclopediaic, layout, outerlook." I don't know what "outerlook" is, but in any case, none of these are valid criteria for speedy deletion. Befroe tagging any more articles, please familiarize yourself thoroughly with these criteria. Also, you tagged this article from a new editor within one minute of creation. Please give people some more time to edit before tagging. Same here: Anant Kumar Asthana. I see from your talk page history that you were warned for this before and am a bit disappointed that you continue anyway. The last one is something to keep an eye on, because the editor's name indicates that they may have a COI (but only "may", so we have to assume good faith for the moment, the name may just mean that this is an area that they are interested in).
