John Janick

John Janick is an American record executive. He is the chairman and CEO of Interscope Geffen A&M Records.[1]
In 1996, while a student at the University of Florida, Janick founded the independent record company Fueled By Ramen. Among others, he signed Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, fun. and Paramore.
Janick served as the co-president of Elektra Records from 2009 until 2012. He was named president and COO of Interscope Geffen A&M in 2012 and was appointed chairman and CEO after Jimmy Iovine exited in May, 2014.[2]
