Request reason:

Why have I been blocked? I am not a sock puppet? I am a major contributor on wikipedia, having edited more than 2 dozen articles of varied interest globally. My edits in atleast a dozen or so articles have also been reverted by Rob which is not fair. PLease immediately unblock me and resotre my editing rights. I am a journalist and a professor by profession at a reputed university and not some publicist for an individual or a company. It is unfair on your part to have taken this action without giving me a chance to explain any ambiguity in my work or writing style, whatsoever! Please unblock immediately. Mainstreamwikipedia 05:34, 8 September 2016 (UTC)

Decline reason:

 Confirmed abuse of multiple accounts (with Seniorlegaladvisor (talk · contribs)). —DoRD (talk) 11:51, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I have never misused or had any multiple accounts. I have no connection with user: seniorlegaladvisor. Please check IP address and also discuss with me this issue in detail and give me a chance to explain. You have a very dictatorial attitude here at Wikipedia, sorry to say. You guys who are supposed to be administrators behave like judge, prosecutor, jury - all in one. You have a doubt on my connection with some sock puppeteer, then atleast ask and me to show cause, and if there is any ambiguity, I would be happy to provide clarifications. Mainstreamwikipedia 12:00, 8 September 2016 (UTC)

Decline reason:

CU and behavioral evidence both indicate that you are a sock-puppet of Authorincharge. Favonian (talk) 12:33, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

{{unblock|You should atleast give me a chance to explain. I am not a sock puppet of any user that you mentioned above nor do I have any connection. Check our IP addresses and if still there is ambiguity, ask me to explain. By blocking me you are behaving like dictators. Mainstreamwikipedia 12:02, 8 September 2016 (UTC)}}

I did check your IP addresses, and the evidence is unambiguous. —DoRD (talk) 12:30, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
We are in a building which has 200 offices. I am a journalist and I work for a reputed newspaper on part time basis as well as a full time professor in the University. I am using a static but shared IP just now from office. You might have had some other user misusing liberty on wikipedia, not me. Should I send you my phone number and details (via private email) so that you could call me? What is it that I must do or prove, that you would unblock me from editing? Seriously if I was a sock-puppeteer, I would not be appealing this block most humbly. Thank you.
The chances that two people are editing in exactly the same obscure topic area from the same building in the same period of time are vanishingly small. Add to that the fact that one of the accounts happened to pop up immediately after another editor in the same topic area was blocked and we've arrived at probability zero. I recommend that you read WP:OFFER if you'd like to return to editing. ~ Rob13Talk 16:17, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
