Lewis John Wilson (born 25 September 1994) is an English footballer playing as a forward for Morecambe FC.

Career

Wilson joined Preston North End after a successful trial in 2009, He started a two-year scholarship and was a regular in the youth team, scoring 16 goals in his first year. In his second year, Wilson featured three times for the first team in the League 1 against Coventry FC and Crewe Alexander. Wilson was released and rejoined [[Morecambe FC|] He made his debut in August 2012, in a 3–0 defeat to Port Vale. In January 2012, Wilson joined Football League Two In January 2013 Wilson suffered from a serious knee injury in training which led too two operations over the coming 4 months, in March 2013 Wilson was released due to substantial knee issues.
