Delete - there are a lot of sources (see WP:REFBLOAT) but nothing that shows notability for the person. It looks very much like a case of too soon for an article. --bonadea contributions talk 06:22, 5 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Keep The issue of WP:REFBLOAT has been resolved, as the per the citation overkill topic, two or three citations is good. Also there are many news which shows the person is notable if searched in Nepali language (दिकेश मलहोत्रा or दिकेश मल्होत्रा or डिकेश मल्होत्रा). Majority of the newspapers and articles in Nepal are in nepali language.
