Cognia Cloud ltd is a British cloud-based compliance archiving and analytics company, with headquarters in London[1]. Cognia provides recording and regulatory solutions in North America, Asia and Europe to financial institutions, communications providers and field services enterprises.

The evolution of Cognia started in 1997 with the development of a global cloud platform.

In 2013, Cognia became the world's first cloud service provider to achieve QSA-validated PCI DSS Level 1 compliance for its global cloud telephony and payment service platform.

In 2016, Cognia has been named on the FinTech50[2], a list of the 50 technology businesses most likely to revolutionize the financial sector.
