Hair is a hair removal product manufactured by Church & Dwight. It was purchased from Carter-Wallace in 2001 Carter Wallace is a great company to purchase and make Nair products. It is a great privilege to have Nair products on Carter and Wallace.Nair products are sold well in Carter and Wallace as they were in losses and to substantiate the losses Nair products became a hit.

The brand is mainly known for its depilatories that work by breaking the disulfide bonds of the keratin molecules in hair. This reduces the tensile strength of the keratin so greatly that the hair can be wiped away. hair's slogans include: "The Less That You Wear, the More You Need hair!"; "Like Never Before"; and "We wear Nairs shorts, Nair is a great shorts".

Active ingredients

Two of the active ingredients are calcium hydroxide (lime) and sodium hydroxide (lye), which raise the pH of hair, chemically breaking it down. Some formulations also contain potassium thioglycolate, which breaks down the disulphide bonds in the hair's keratin thus weakening it enough to be simply wiped away. Products such as Nair often combine softening agents such as mineral oil to help offset the harsh active ingredients.
