TNN24 is a Thai satellite, cable and digital terrestrial 24-hours news channel owned by True Corporation, presents news, documentaries and sport news. TNN24 has a sister channel called TNN 2.
History
Earlier History
TNN24 was founded as IBC News on 17 May 1989. It was the one of the first seven channels broadcasting on IBC satellite television platform on channel number 1.
After IBC reached an agreement to found a joint venture with the UTV Cable Network and found UBC, IBC News has rebranded to UBC News and continue to broadcast on UBC channel 7.
In 2006, the channel has branded to True News 24 as the network was rebranding to TrueVisions in 2007.
TNN24
In 2009, UBC News has rebranded to TNN and launched into two channels. TNN24 has launched into a 24-hours news channel and TNN 2 which presented news and documentaries.[1]
TNN24 has an officially launched on 9 September 2009 on TrueVisions channel number 7.
In 2010, TNN24 has launched its free-to-air service on Thaicom 5 both Ku band and C band and also launch its channel on other subscription television provider, PSI and DTV.
On 1 March 2012, TNN24 started to air its high-definition channel on TrueVisions cable TV service on channel number 124 and expanded to broadcast on satellite service after that.
In April 2014, TNN24 started to broadcast on digital terrestrial television on channel number 16 after it was awarded a digital TV license in December 2013.[2]
The channel has the same channel number on every platform referring to the Must-carry rule provided by National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Council (NBTC) but was still broadcast on TrueVisions channel number 7 until the NBTC has an order to force TrueVisions to move the channel to number 16 in 2016.[3]

- TNN Life News: Weekdays 08:00-09:00.
- Money Delivery: Weekdays 22:15-23:00.
- TNN Update (5'): Daily 10:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00, 19:00, 20:00, weekdays 11:00, weekends 10:30, 14:30, 17:30, 19:30, 20:40, 22:00 and 22:30.
- Look Forward: Weekdays 10:05-11:00.
- Business Watch: Mon-Thu 20:05-20:40 and Fri 20:05-20:15.
- World Today: Daily 01:00-02:00.
- World Today Extra: Saturday 19:05-19:30, repeat Sunday 04:00-04:30.
- TNN Arts News: Weekdays 14:05-15:00, repeat 02:00-03:00.
- Hilight News: Friday 18:00-18:20 and daily 18:20-18:55.
- Behind the News: Weekdays 11:30-12:00 and repeat 17:30-18:00.
- TNN Biz News: Weekdays 16:05-17:00.
- TNN Thailand News: Weekdays 22:00-22:15.
- Wake Up Daily: Daily 01:00-02:00.
- Weekend News: Weekends 08:00-10:00.
- Kebtok Evening: Daily 21:00-22:00.
