I've listed this article for peer review because… It deserves it and I am ready to work to get this to Feature Status. I just need someone to review it and tell me what to do, to make it a Featured article.

Thanks, AffeL (talk) 14:05, 1 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Update. That's all my comments. Do you want any more or shall we close the review? Emir of Wikipedia (talk) 15:06, 19 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I can close it now. Thanks. - AffeL (talk) 15:46, 19 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It all looks good here, except for the sentence about the season concluding. I think this could be WP:BALL; it feels speculative to me and may not happen. Emir of Wikipedia (talk) 14:22, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It has been confirmed by HBO. I don't think that really counts as speculation. Am I wrong? - AffeL (talk) 14:53, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not denying that HBO have confirmed it, but media companies have said things and changed their words. It just seems a bit pre-emptive to me, but if nobody else has a problem then leave it how it is. Emir of Wikipedia (talk) 14:57, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I understand what you are saying. Maybe it's best to wait and see if any one else has a problem with it. - AffeL (talk) 15:01, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'm waiting but hopefully his problem will be solved soon. One of the reasons that I took this comment was because I read this article http://www.theverge.com/2016/10/13/13276124/fantastic-beasts-and-where-to-find-them-five-movies-jk-rowling with multiple examples of media companies not going with original plans. Infobox
[edit]

This is a good infobox, but I think the their is some WP:CITEOVERKILL. Four references to state the location, really? Emir of Wikipedia (talk) 14:22, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I removed all four sources, one of them was unreliable and the locations were all mentioned in the body of the text and also sourced. - AffeL (talk) 14:53, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the comments - AffeL (talk) 14:53, 14 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Cast and characters
[edit]

This section starts awkwardly. A sentence starting with the word the like sounds weird, but this problem is amplified at the beginning of paragraphs and sections. Perhaps change the order of the clauses from 1,2,3 to 2,3,1 ? Another suggestion is that you could give a link to the cable TV page as the term may not be well known outside of the US. Perhaps the sentence "The following overview reduces the list of characters in Game of Thrones to those played by the actors credited as part of the main cast", could be written more concisely as "The following is the characters played by actors credit as the main cast". The rest of the section looks good. Emir of Wikipedia (talk) 11:47, 16 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Removed "like the.."(As it was unnecessary) and I also linked Cable TV. I also changed that sentence to what you suggested. - AffeL (talk) 16:00, 16 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Production
[edit]

This section looks good. I like the picture of the showrunners. The only problem is again the mentioning of future air dates in the "adaption schedule" subsection. I stumbled up yet another article similar to the one I read a few days ago. http://qz.com/809590/we-will-soon-find-out-how-much-audiences-truly-care-about-the-worlds-of-star-wars-and-harry-potter/ I also did some minor copyediting which I consider non-controversial.
