State Highway 321 is a mostly east-west highway in central Arkansas. Its western terminus is at an intersection with Arkansas State Highway 5 and Arkansas State Highway 367 in southern Cabot. It travels east approximately 6 miles before turning north, travelling 3 more miles before ending at Arkansas State Highway 38 approximately 5 miles east of Cabot.
