Vegan for health reasons

It is my understanding that Bif Naked is not vegan for any ethical reasons whatsoever. I have found this to be confirmed by articles I've read, such as [1] and [2]. She has proclaimed many times that she finds the consumption of animals for food unhealthy, and she continues to wear leather and fur. Please provide some information that indicates Bif has any ethical beliefs against consuming animals before adding such info, as I have never found them. She is concerned about the ethical treatment of animals, but does not believe using animals for food is unethical. Just unhealthy. -- Rediahs 00:24, 16 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Bi-Sexual?

Can someone prove that she is bi-sexual?SFrank85 05:41, 3 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As far as I know, she is definitely bisexual. I remember hearing a qutoe from her saying that it's not the sex that matters but the person. (By the way, bisexual is the correct spelling - not bi-sexual; I think bi-sexual is used more with plants and stuff.) -- Rediahs 14:00, 3 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Incomplete Singles

There were several singles released off both I, Bificus and Purge. I'm unsure of release dates, but "Lucky" and "Spaceman" came off I, Bificus; and Purge provided "I Love Myself Today", "Tango Shoes", and "Leader". In addition, she provided a cover of "We're Not Gonna Take It" for the Ready to Rumble soundtrack. -- Enigmatick 07:30, 2 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Dates?

"Diagnosed with a heart aneurysm three years ago" - three years ago from when? Can someone find out? DS 20:39, 18 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

False Information

There is some false information in this article.

"She was born in New Delhi, India and adopted by American missionaries; they eventually settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba."

I just want to say that I know someone who went to school with Bif Naked. She is not from India. She is Ukranian and was born in Meath Park, Saskatchewan. She graduated from Carlton Comprehensive High School in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. If you think about it, Bif Naked doesn't even look East Indian. fishhead2100 May 3, 2006 1:05AM (UTC)

I always thought the story was that she was born in India to a teenage mum (who wasn't Indian?) and then adopted by missionaries. --Spiderdust 09:33, 4 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No, she was born and raised in Saskatchewan. She has even said so in interviews that she is from Saskatchewan. fishhead2100 May 5, 2006 1:01PM (UTC)
You can consider yourself to be "from" somewhere without having been BORN there. --Spiderdust 21:50, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not an anthropologist, but she looks Indian enough to me... European face, roundish eyes, brownish skin...

I just read from her official website that she was born in India, then moved to USA then Canada by her adoptive parents... so if it is a false information she's lying about herself
Not everything you read on websites are true even though they are official websites of someone. Besides, you don't have to be born in India to look Indian. Mr. C.C. 02:13, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry to Mr. Fishhead, but I think I have to go with what was in Interview magazine when she was interviewed (one assumes there is some fact-checking going on), which corresponds with other sources, over "Hey, I know someone who knows her, and this is wrong". If you're sure of what you say there should be sources that agree, but in any case Wikipedia has to go with what is verifiable. --Dhartung | Talk 07:40, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
