Sutham Phanthusak
Sutham Phanthusak served as the Public Relations Commissioner and a member of the National Scout Council of the National Scout Organization of Thailand, as well as Vice-Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Committee.
In 1998, Phanthusak was awarded the 266th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.
