"a fictional city in the DC Comics Universe". Next to no references, the two present are for primary material, and nothing that indicates significance. Yes, it appears in a number of DC-related media, but there is no non-primary in-depth coverage. Fails Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) as far as I can tell. I'd suggest redirecting to List of locations of the DC Universe and if possible, transwiki merging to http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Bludhaven . Thoughts?
