Notable on English Wikipedia?

Can someone verify if there is ever the English version of this ad? I have never seen it. I doubt anyone in Hong Kong will refer to this Chinese ad with "Tell Me".

I don't think notability should be dependent on the language of a particular version of wikipedia. Having said that, I definitely think this is notable. However, from searching around Google, there doesn't seem to be a name that people are using to refer to this ad, even in Chinese. And I can't find a version of this article on Chinese WP or "Cantonese" WP. Hong Qi Gong (Talk - Contribs) 21:18, 4 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
