President or Acting President

Is Mahama President of Ghana? or is he still Vice President merely peforming presidential powers & duties as Acting President? GoodDay (talk) 22:18, 24 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In 'sub-section 59-6' under the section 'Executive', of the Ghana Constitution. It says the Vice President becomes President, whenever his/her predecessor dies, resignes, is removed from office.
