Mindi ,The vilage

Mindi is a great village situtated near Gajuwaka. It has population of aroung 7000. Mostly all the people here are employees and love peace.

Religion : Hindu

Caste  : Telaga


This village has produced good leaders.2 of them were MLA's(Member of Legislative Assembly)


1)Mr G Appanna He is first MLA of Pendurthy Constituency which is second largest in the state.

2)Mr G Gurunadha Rao

He is also MLA from Pendurth.He served as Minister of Technical Education during the tenture of N.Janardhana Reddy who server as Chief Minister of state.


This village, in the past has a very low literacy rate,but now it has a literacy rate of app 75 %.

This is due to very good schools in thhe village and nearyby places.
