The Ghazi Attack is an Indian bilingual Submarine based naval warfare film[1] directed by debutant Sankalp.[2]
Plot
The story is about an executive naval officer of the Indian Submarine S21[3] and his team who remain underwater for 18 days.[4]

Production
Development
The film is being simultaneously made in Hindi and Telugu and will be dubbed in Tamil.[6][7][8] It will be partially based on his own book Blue Fish.[9] The film is based on the true incidents on the mysterious sinking of PNS Ghazi, a Pakistan Submarine by destroyer INS Rajput (D141) during the Bangladesh Liberation war.[10][11][12] PVP Cinema is producing the film.[13][14] Karan Johar will distribute Ghazi Hindi version.[15] The music is composed by K.[16]Visual Effects handled by Eva Motion Studios.
Casting
The film stars Rana Daggubati[17] and Taapsee Pannu[18][19] in the lead along with Kay Kay Menon,[20]Satyadev Kancharana,[21]Atul Kulkarni, Priyadarshi Pulikonda,Rahul Singh and Akshay Mittal.[22]
Filming
The film shooting started on 3 January 2016.[23][24]
Release
Ghazi is scheduled for a worldwide release on 24 February 2017.[25]
