Carolina Meligeni Rodrigues Alves (born 23 April 1996 in São Paulo) is a Brazilian tennis player.

Alves has a WTA singles career high ranking of 542 achieved on 24 November 2014. She also has a WTA doubles career high ranking of 483 achieved on 15 September 2014. Alves has won 1 ITF singles and 9 ITF doubles titles.

Alves made her WTA main draw debut at the 2015 Rio Open, in the doubles event partnering Ingrid Gamarra Martins.

She is the niece of former Brazilian tennis player Fernando Meligeni and brother of junior tennis player Felipe Meligeni Alves.
