James Vincenzo Capone (1892-1952), also known as Richard "Two-Gun" Hart, was the oldest brother of Al Capone, the most noted gangster in 1920s and '30s Chicago. James Capone moved from Brooklyn to Nebraska at the age of 16. While in Nebraska he became a law enforcement officer and earned a good reputation for his work. He served as an Army officer in World War I and later changed his named to avoid association with his notorious brother.
