I believe Mike has left the project, but my guess would be he deleted your userpage because it had inappropriate content and also misused Wikipedia as a webhost. What I don't understand is why you first blanked it, and then complain because it was deleted. You're free to recreate your userpage. Not with the old content, though. Please don't troll Wikipedia.
