Establishment

The school was founded by Shiv Pal Singh, and others, in 1983. It was set up as Lucknow Public School in Anand Nagar, Lucknow. Since then many schools have gone under the name of Lucknow Public Inter College. After a split up between SP Singh and CP Singh, Lucknow Public School was established by Mr. M.C. Singh in 1988 and is now better known as Lucknow Public School Sector-D, Ashiana. The school was recognized by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board) but now it is affiliated with the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education).
