Ralf Walter (born on 15 March 1958 in Andernach) is a German politician and Member of the European Parliament 1994-2009 with the Social Democratic Party of Germany, part of the Socialist Group and was vice-chair of the European Parliament's Committee on Budgets.

He is a substitute for the Committee on Budgetary Control and the Committee on Development.
