Weird Fish is a lifestyle clothing and accessories retailer, based in the Cotswolds in the UK. It was founded in 1993 and sells relaxed, casual clothing.[2] They have thirteen retail stores and a dedicated website; being a wholesale company, they are also in over 450 stockists across the country and in parts of Europe.

The store locations can be found via their find a store function on their website.[3]

History

The business was founded in 1993 in Cheltenham Gloucestershire, where they are still based today. They began by mainly selling cartoon T-Shirts with fish related puns on, this is where they got their name. Weird Fish are also famous for the fabric they created called Macaroni, it is a textured fabric knitted on circular machines which were redundant until the founder discovered them back in 1993.

In 2005 Weird Fish launched their online store which took a 3 million pound turnover in the year of 2016.

Their first dedicated store was opened in Bath in 2006, and today they have 12 more stores dotted across the country, mainly in the South West, stretching up to Livingston in West Lothian.

Weird Fish are well known for their tongue in cheek sense of humour, and their great quality clothing.
