Saya Takagi (高樹 沙耶, Takagi Saya, b. 21 August 1963 in Hamamatsu) is a Japanese actress most famous for playing the role of Kashiwagi Reiko in the Japanese drama "Okane ga Nai!" (1994). She is currently active in scuba diving and photography.[citation needed] Takagi is a supporter of legalizing medical cannabis in Japan.[1]
