Randy Hultgren is a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives representing the 95th district since 1999.

Hultgren was first elected to the DuPage County Board in 1994, in the 4th district. In 1998 he was elected State Representative, and was reelected in 2000, 2002, and 2004. Hultgren is currently the Republican nominee for Illinois State Senate in the 48th district to replace Peter Roskam who is running for U.S. Congress.
