Regional At Best is the second studio album by American musical-duo Twenty One Pilots. Upon the departure of Chris Salih and Nick Thomas, Twenty One Pilots frontman Tyler Joseph moved on with new drummer Josh Dun. The two released "Regional At Best" in June of 2011 and sponsered it with the "Regional At Best" tour.

Background

With no bass, Tyler and Josh did bass tracks via computer. They also donned a new electronic sound using keyboards and electronic drums. The album was also self-released and a special CD release show took sway for hundreds of fans.

Track Listing

Several "Regional At Best" tracks were featured on "Twenty One Pilots Album". This led to Tyler and Josh discontinuing it.

Other Details

On Track 8, their is vocal duties from Zack Joseph, Tyler's brother. On Track 13, Christian rapper Jocef sings the 2nd verse.
