State Highway 149 (OK-28/SH-28) is a state highway in Oklahoma. It runs 8.2 miles[1] in Harper County, from US 283 in Laverne to OK-46, seven miles north of May.

OK-149 crosses the Beaver River 2½ miles east of Laverne.
