A 709-carat diamond was found in 2017 by Pastor Emmanuel Momoh. The as-yet-unnamed diamon was found in Sierra Leone and is now in a safe at Sierra Leone's central bank in Freetown. This diamond is one of the 20 largest ever found.[1]
