Disclosure: I work in a project management role for the company discussed. I recently discovered that the company had asked a freelance writer to write a balanced overview, but had not taken it any further. I've posted it here (with no amends except links/citations) as a draft and submitted it for review, and am fully open to suggestions if anything more needs doing.
