Light review

Gave this a very light pass per request at WP:WikiProject_Geology. Looks good. Carmichael is certainly notable per WP:NACADEMIC. Gave things a light cleanup for consistency with other examples of 20th century science bios. Also moved things around a little to more emphasise the FRS, which to my eye is one of Carmichael's key notability items. DanHobley (talk) 14:21, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
