Floria L. Ciarlo (born September 2, 1932) was an American politician.

Born in Harvey, Illinois, Ciarlo received her bachelor's degree in education from the National College of Education. She lived in Steger, Illinois. From 1995 to 1997, Ciarlo served in the Illinois House of Representatives and was a Republican. In 1998, Ciarlo ran for Illinois Senate and lost the election.[1][2]
