DXC Technology (stylized as DXC.technology) is a new company formed from the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Enterprise Services division.[1] The merger is expected to be completed on April 3, 2017. DXC.technology will be an end-to-end IT services company, with expected annual revenues of $26 billion and nearly 6,000 clients in over 70 countries.[2]
