Can we jazz this up a bit?

So many interesting things happen around the world on World Water Day. Can we list more examples? Holding the reader's interest could have an impact on their commitment to the cause of clean water.PlanetCare (talk) 23:29, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Some key examples would be good. Could take inspiration by how it's done on the page for Global Handwashing Day here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Handwashing_Day#Examples EMsmile (talk) 13:15, 17 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

We also need at least one sentence on the themes between 1994 and 2000. Those should not stand alone, since all of the more recent themes have one sentence of explanation.

Put WWD Themes in bold next to year dates.

For more clarity and interesting reading, I suggest putting the annual themes in headings next to year dates. Cryacrem (talk) 12:58, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
