Wyke Farms

[edit]
  • ... that the cheese producer Wyke Farms still uses an 1861 recipe?
    • ALT1:... that Wyke Farms is the United Kingdom's largest independent cheese producer?
    • ALT2:... that cheese producer Wyke Farms pays a woman £25,000 a year for her ability to infer by smell and taste which cheese will become a high quality vintage cheddar?

New enough, QPQ provided, all statements are sourced, no copyright violations or plagiarism detected. Article is currently at 1676 characters, which passes our guidelines. All hooks are interesting and cited. I recommend using the first hook instead of the ALTs as it seems unusual for an old recipe to still be used in the food industry.
