Ogrohayon (Template:Lang-bn Ôgrôhayôn) or alternately spelled Agrahayan is the eighth month in the Bengali calendar.[1][2] It is the second of the two months that make up the Dry season, locally called "Hemanta" (Template:Lang-bn Hemôntô). It is commonly believed that this month is very auspicious for marriage. The month is named after the star Mrigashīra (Template:Lang-bn Mrigôshira).
