Georgia Route 113 forms off Cartersville, Georgia on exit 288 off of Interstate 75 It forms Cartersville's main street and on the southwestern side of town forms West Avenue.

It runs out of Cartersville down into Rockmart. This route is being widened due to the amount of people who travel from Rockmart to Cartersville on a daily basis. It will be a 4-Laned Highway.

It eventually winds down to near Buchanan, Georgia and ends.
