This is a good addition of relevant info that isn't already on Lavoisier's page. The sources seem good. Some of the statements, or wording, don't seem to be quite as "neutral" as Wikipedia likes, though. For example, the use of Unfortunately. Some claims, such as While Lavoisier is commonly known for his contributions to the sciences, or It was very difficult to secure public funding for the sciences at the time, and additionally not very suitable financially for a living, also seem like claims that would be difficult to concretely support with evidence, or could be reworded to be less strong. -Jon Greenberger
