Talk:Eli Manning
Someone remove the anti-semitic remarks.
Uhhh
Despite his statistics dropping off slightly in the latter part of the season, Manning helped his team to secure the NFC Eastern Division Title. In the regular season finale, he threw a 78 yard laser to Burress helping his team to a big lead. The Giants held on to defeat the Raiders and former Giants quarterback Kerry Collins 30-21 to claim the title. While the Giants were quickly eliminated in a brutal performance against the Carolina Panthers the following week 23-0, Eli's first full season was seen as a success. He threw for nearly 3,800 yards, tossed 24 touchdowns to only 17 interceptions, and rallied his team to several exciting fourth quarter comebacks. Eli completed only 52.8% of his passes, relatively low for an NFL quarterback. His 24 TD passes were the most by a Giants Quarterback since 1967. He finished his first full season in the NFL ranked in the top 5 in both Touchdown Passes and Passing Yards, one of only 3 (out of a max possible 5) signal callers in football who could make that claim during the 2005 season.(Tom Brady, Carson Palmer)

I don't know anything about Eli Manning, but these latest changes don't seem to be of encyclopedia quality. Would someone who is knowledgeable about this article take a look, and see if they need to be reverted? Thanks! -- Cat Whisperer 01:40, 13 September 2006 (UTC)
Why?
Does anybody know why Eli requested the trade? The media, possibly having bias, seems not to want to pose that question to Eli. Gosh, the media is so dysfunctional. It keeps repeating the question to W about why the U.S. went into Iraq when it had the opportunity to ask that question in the very beginning. ARRGGHH! -Amit
